Campaign BriefDisconnect to Reconnect
For this project, I was tasked with identifying a social issue and building a complete campaign around it. The brief required a logo, a slogan, and a series of deliverables, including a poster and a social media post — all working together as a cohesive campaign. I chose phone addiction and its links to mental health problems in young people because it is more prevalent today than ever, and it is an issue I can personally relate to. That personal connection made it important to approach with both honesty and intention.

Design System
I began with research to ensure the campaign was rooted in reality rather than assumption. From there, I developed the logo, knowing I wanted a phone as the central icon. Early drafts were too complex, so through iteration, I stripped the design back to a mark that was simple, immediate, and easy to read at a glance. In parallel, I developed the slogan Disconnect to Reconnect — a deliberate paradox that prompts the audience to think more deeply about stepping away from their phone to reconnect with the people around them. With a strong logo and slogan in place, I moved into the poster, using repetition to draw the eye, reinforce the logo, and make the design memorable. For the social media post, I leaned into hard-hitting statistics to ground the campaign in credibility.
